Used Fryma (CH) model VME-20 stainless steel contact parts homogenizing mixer. Vessel has internal diameter 360 mm X 370 mm length of straight side. Total volume of mixing pan about 37 l. Working volume in range from 10 to 20 litres. Mixing pan is able to work on vacuum. Heating jacket is rated for work on 0.5 bar pressure.
Unit is equipped with 3 agitators:
– Anchor type with wall scrappers, driven through reducer and el. motor 0,18 kW, 1360 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of agitator up to 50 rpm.
– Dissolver type/toothed disc, driven directly by el. motor 0,75 kW, 1400 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz.
– Homogenizing colloid mill, driven directly by el. motor 1,1 kW, 2820 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz.
Mixing pan is rised and lowered manually by hydraulic pump. Machine has electrical heating via plate heater mounted under the bottom of mixing tank. Machine has local control panel and is mounted on supporting column. Technical documentation included.
