Used Olsa Process Mixing Suite.

This mixing suite comprises of:

2 off Olsa Pharmaceutical grade mirror polished 316 stainless steel vacuum mixer homogenising vessels.  Full hydraulic raise/lower with electrical panels, touchscreen PLC controls, CIP pumps, diaphragm product discharge pumps, both vessels on load cell system. Manuals/drawings included. Technical specification below for each main process vessel.
 
Vessel 1
Gross capacity 266L, full scraped wall 2.2kw anchor mixer, contra rotating mixer 1.1kw, bottom entry high speed homogeniser 7.5kw.  Vessel rating 2.5bar plus full vacuum at 155 Degrees C.  Jacket 4.5bar 155 degrees C. CIP system.  150mm dia hinged chargeport with sight glass, vessel light.  Numerous top dish connections, vacuum pressure gauge, 30mm dia outlet.  Vessel dimensions 1.3m x 2m x 2.4m closed.
